I sent a ticket into IGG about mobs that disappear off my screen and this was there suggestions as well as my reply.
1. Refresh the game page
So you want me to refresh the game page while I'm in Heroic Trials and loose my attempt? This makes no sense

2. Switch to other browsers (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox)
Internet Explorer and Google Chrome have "shock wave" crashes that happen regularly. This is why I use Mozilla Firefox.

3. Clear your browser’s history and cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache)
I do like to keep my browser's cache clean and clear. But to be honest i don't "surf the web" as much as you think I do. 60% of my online time I spend playing IGG's WoD and the other 38% of my online time I watch youtube. The remaining 2% of my online time is usually spent doing some research into things that i want to know and learn.

4. Update your Flash Player to the latest/stable version (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/)
I do update my Flash Player whenever possible as I like to try and get the most out of my game play and/or youtube videos.
 
5. Download and install the latest version for the browser you are currently using.
I do keep firefox up to date and download the latest version when i get prompted to do so.

As far as relevant screenshots all you have to do is look at the one I sent in with this ticket. I've had mobs disappear, I've had my avatar's wings disappear (which IGG did inform me that my wings disappear due to a coding bug), and I can't keep any names on my friends list (every ingame reset deletes any and all names in my list). I have sent in screenshots of all these issues in previous tickets. And every time I get asked for these screen shots, it makes me feel as though I am the only one that has these ingame issues. And I just can't believe that I am the only one. A lot of good players have left this game because of there game play issues not being solved. I think it's about time IGG "rips the bandage off" and closes the game down due to the inability of being able to "fix" or "repair" the ongoing problems with their browser game Wings of Destiny.

the friends list glitch is do to a database error when servers merge . if they havnt sorted it out by now then its been going on since the other company owned wod . Since it started in the first server merges . My understanding from the time is that the only way to fix it is to have the db dev clear your list fully . But good luck . I killed and charged back a account that they refused to fix the error on after 42+ ticket interactions and they refused to talk to paypal on it or me . It was also a ticket that had been open for 3 months .

I raised a ticket nearly two years ago regarding negative health during Escort Quests. Latest response???? "It's just a screen glitch", I don't have negative health!
Idiots. After Escort, if I select auto-combat, toon will not engage; if anyone hits me, I die on first hit; (I have over 51m Def and 600m HP normally). Two years, of 'Clear your cache; try different browser; six screen shots submitted, and they now say a screen glitch. Yet lots of us know about it. We use it to kill ourselves by using a health potion during escort and we die and get the BPs. But as a GL, I want the materials.
