[Discussion] Could it be true??

Just last week i was going through my support tickets i had sent in to IGG. I found a ticket that was almost a year old. It was a ticket about my friends list and how the names on my list would disappear. This issue has never been solved. So I copied and pasted IGG's response and sent it back to them as a new ticket. Telling them that this issue is long over due and that nothing has ever been resolved. IGG responded to me in their typical fashion saying "we're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused". But they also said that this issue would be fixed with the next update. Could it be true?? Is there another update on the way? I did reply to them asking when this "update" is going to happen but they have not responded to my request ... yet. It's only been a couple days and i hope they don't take there time in responding to me but i wouldn't hold my breath. What I'm wondering is if any of you have heard anything about an update. I've heard rumors that there might be a merge. Merging all servers into one or two servers. But these are just rumors and i have no facts to base this on. Any information you have on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Don't get your hopes up. I had a ticket, and they told me:- 

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this incident has caused you. Regarding your issue, it will be fixed on the next update. Please stay tuned to our forums, fanpage and the game for further updates regarding this. We can only ask for your understanding regarding this matter.
I am still waiting for the update (And still have the problem.) And the reply was dated
GM Reply @ 08/06/16 14:11:06, so only nearly 9 months ago!

Well, they did an unscheduled "scheduled maintenance" today... and did not fix my problem.

If this is true, you can look for the game to close down within a year, it is the type of thing most games due before they close.

They totally ignore direct e-mails, and they effectively ignore Service Center Tickets with a stock or automated answer. They owe me real Life cash! FOr all I know, it could be fraud.
